Positive Space at Essex

Each Monday, students from kindergarten to grade 8 are invited to join the Positive Space in room 205. Positive Space is a club where students are welcome to discuss issues that are meaningful to them, with an emphasis on equity. In a safe and supportive environment, we will discuss topics related to racism, ablesim, sexism, and homophobia. The goal is to create a positive dialogue around these issues, that affect us all, while empowering and motivating students to be agents of change in their school community and beyond.
