Student Data Verification Form

We are updating our Student Data Base to provide accurate phone numbers for our Safe Arrival System.  A Student Data Verification Form will be sent home to be updated. Whether there are changes or not this  form must be returned to your child’s teacher  before October 31^st .

We would also like to remind our parents to call 416-393-0717 if your child will be late or absent.
