We are warmly inviting everyone to attend our next Parent Council meeting on Nov. 23 at 6:30 pm in the school library, 2nd floor.  Please come to share your voice, concerns and have your questions answered.  Hope to see you there!

  1. Book Sale in School Lobby

Gently used children and adult books are now on sale in the school lobby, in front of the main office.  We are asking for a $1 donation for each book.  Money raised will help enrich our children’s learning experience at Essex PS.

HARVEST DAY IS NEARLY HERE!

This is a reminder to parents/caregivers to please pick up your Fresh from the Farm produce tomorrow, Wednesday, November 23rd between 2:30 and 6:30 p.m at school.

Pick up will probably be outside under the overhang, on the north side of the school, weather permitting.
We are unable to hold on to any of the produce after that time, so please make arrangements to pick up your delicious bundles.
Any unclaimed veggies and apples will be donated to the Canadian Red Cross Mobile Food Bank in Toronto, who deliver food to people who are unable to access a food bank due to a permanent or temporary disability.
Thank you very much for supporting our Fresh from the Farm Fundraiser; you‘ve helped our school, Ontario farmers and you get fresh, local produce in return.
