Christie Refugee Centre 12 days of Giving Fundraiser

As has been the tradition in years past, the holiday tree will again be in the lobby with all items to be for the Christie Refugee Centre.  In the past, families have decorated the tree with hats, mittens and winter jackets and the office staff has delivered everything to the Christie Refugee Centre just before the break.  This charity is close to our hearts as some of our students at Essex live here.

This year, instead of our  just hats and mittens, we would like to donate lots of household items for the Christie Refugee Centre, based on items that the refugee families really need.  Please see the poster below.

If families could donate any of these items to the lobby,  it would be very much appreciated.

The items are:
1.  Grocery Cart
2.  Canned/boxed food
3.  Boxes of Diapers
4.  Soccer balls, basketballs
5.  Bottles of laundry detergent
6. Backpacks
7.  Baby toys (new)
8.  $25 grocery gift cards
9.  Winter coats
10.  Receiving blankets
11.  Pillows
12.  Baby Sleepers
