StreetPLAY in our Neighbourhood

A pilot project is happening this fall in the Essex/Hawthorne community.  Local streets will be opened up to children and youth so they can connect with friends and play right outside their doors.  If you and your families want to take advantage of these opportunities for play, check out the schedule below.  More information can be found at streetplay.ca

Upcoming StreetPLAY Events

  • Pendrith Street  will be closed to traffic from Christie – Shaw on Tuesdays in September/October from 4pm – 8pm
  • Clinton St.  will be closed to traffic from Dupont-Yarmouth  on Mondays and Fridays in September/October from 4pm – 8pm
  • Clinton St. will be closed to traffic from Yarmouth-Follis on Wednesdays in September/October from 4pm – 8pm
  • Clinton St. will be closed to traffic from Follis-Barton on Sundays in September/October from 2pm – 5pm
  • Clinton St. will be closed to traffic from Barton to Laneway (North of Bloor) on Sundays in September/October from 5pm – 8pm
